R.J. has taught at the University of Phoenix for the past 25 years as an
adjunct instructor. He teaches primarily in the MBA program. He has
served and chaired on numerous councils, committees and programs.
He is currently area chair for undergraduate business. He also is an
evaluator for newly hired instructors.

In addition to the University of Phoenix, R.J. instructs part time at the San
Diego Golf Academy-Arizona Campus. His passion for golf and
education is combined at the Academy. He teaches business courses
and golf.

As an educator, his educational seminars focus on improving teaching
skills for instructors of adults, and business and organizational
strategies for newly appointed school administrators.
One of R.J.’s passions is golf. He is a certified golf instructor. He is an adjunct instructor at the San
Diego Golf Academy-Arizona Campus for the last eight years. He also teaches the academy
students attitude and motivation, verbal communications, marketing, career development and
entrepreneurship.

He has given golf clinics and golf instruction to a variety of audiences. R.J. also incorporates golf in
some of his seminars where seminar participants play golf to reinforce the seminar topic. By
combining a seminar with golf, R.J. makes it fun, entertaining and highly outcome-driven.
